At Kidney Warriors Matter our mission is to help those individuals with kidney disease through education and support.
As a group of patients, families of patients, health care providers and many others, we support each other through quarterly gatherings. These gatherings offer a safe place for those with kidney disease and their families to discuss their physical and emotional journey and offer support through education and support.
Our vision is to increase the number of individuals getting living kidney transplants with the help of patients, medical professionals, donors and volunteers.
Kidney Warriors Matter was founded in 2005 by a group of mental health professionals who saw a need for more accessible mental health resources in our community.
